Earnest

The three-course dinner served at Earnest on Valentine’s Day (and the day before) will be a sound option for those with dietary restrictions and those without. While the rest of us will be able to dine on sea bass, beef tenderloin and tomato bisque with prosciutto, vegetarians will have options such as pappardelle pasta and a baby beet salad (as well as all three desserts, obviously). Several gluten-free options are available as well, including some of the $6 optional appetizer choices. A sparkling beverage is also included in the price.

Roaring Fork

While Roaring Fork won’t be offering a whole lot of choices on Valentine’s Day, the offerings they do provide are sure to be of the highest quality. The special Valentine’s Day appetizer is a ground shrimp and grits dish, while the dessert is a Bananas Foster rum cake with vanilla gelato. For entrees, you’ll be able to choose between a filet with a shrimp and crab cake and poached black cod with vanilla bean parsnip puree.

North Italia

If you’re looking for a romantic Italian option this Valentine’s Day, North’s three-course prix fixe menu will be something you’ll want to consider. Of course, no Valentine’s dinner would be complete without dessert, which includes a salted caramel budino and a tiramisu.

Either way, you’ll be hard-pressed to go wrong with the two restaurants inside of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort.

Bink’s

Though the two Bink’s locations will be serving up different four-course menus, they’ll both cost the same price (plus an additional $21 for seared foie gras). Bink’s Midtown‘s menu includes gnocchi gratin, goose leg confit, and a spiced chocolate panna cotta. The Scottsdale location, on the other hand, presents a starter of beets, an entree of tomato braised lamb, and dessert of dark chocolate mousse.
