Rumors have been floating around for a couple of months that chef/restaurateur Aaron May would be opening another location of his breakfast spot, Over Easy.
Indeed, it’s true — and it’ll be happening later this month at North Scottsdale’s Ice Den skating complex, reports the Trib today. Details aren’t confirmed about a second restaurant in the works at the same place (the buzz is that it’ll be a grill called 18 Degrees), but will be forthcoming.
Currently, May has the original Over Easy location in Arcadia, as well as The Lodge in Old Town; his DC Ranch restaurants, Sol y Sombra and Autostrada, closed in mid-August.
