Wake up, downtown Phoenix, your Mexican breakfast is ready.

Vitamin T, celebu-chef Aaron May’s home of tacos, tortas, and tequila in the Cityscape building, officially opens for breakfast today and my does it look tasty. Think smoked ham and oven-roasted chicken tortas, a breakfast burrito, and huevos rancheros all for five bucks.

The new offerings mean a new breakfast option for those working downtown and in need of an a.m. fix, and come in addition to the news that Vitamin T will be taking over the space next door, adding more seating indoors and outdoors by the end of October.

Breakfast will be served Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. For the complete menu, follow the jump.
