Fine dining never looked or tasted so great as at this Phoenician Resort restaurant. Crisp white linen table cloths and serious table service (there's even a wine steward!) don't intimidate us-in fact, nothing can keep us from Il Terrazzo's Orechiette, made with shrimp, smoked bacon and spiced with fennel and basil bread crumbs. The Berkshire Pork Chop, seared in aged sherry and served with trumpet mushrooms, English pea pesto and carrot, is a favorite, and you'll really feel uptown dining on Veal Marsala, served with Cremini mushrooms, spinach, and roasted potatoes. Don't miss the bread pudding with rum raisin sauce and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Fancy, but affordable.
