Juice Core is a no-nonsense 100 percent organic juice bar for seriously healthy people. The space is low-key with a bar and a few stools, an artfully drawn chalkboard menu, and a refrigerator. Whether you're a new juicer or a seasoned veteran, Juice Core specializes in the per diem method of juicing so you can choose how long you're on a liquid diet. While Juice Core has a brick and mortar shop in Old Town right near Kaleidoscope and Chop Shop, we love to pick up a bottle of Juice Core juice at one of the many farmers marketsthe juicery frequents for a mid-shopping pick me up.
