Lisa Sette Gallery

Want to see work from some of the Valley's heaviest-hitting artists? Then we'll recommend Lisa Sette Gallery in Scottsdale. It's been a staple in the arts community for more than 25 years and it's not exactly an easy scene to break into. Sette represents a small but powerful line up of Arizona artists including local painters Carrie Marill, Claudio Dicochea, Rachel Bess, and Anthony Velasquez, photographer Mark Klett, and mixed-media artists Angela Ellsworth and Mayme Kratz. If that little name drop isn't impressive enough, she once said she holds an open call to artists once every two years. More than 500 hopefuls submit their work. In one instance, she selected just one artist. How do you like them apples?
