Mastro’s City Hall Steakhouse

Another offering from the Mastro’s Group, with the same USDA Prime steak, chops and seafood menu, but a more modern decor. Meat portions are huge (33-ounce rib chop) and slathered in sizzling butter. Everything is à la carte, with one-pound baked potatoes and vats of creamed corn swimming in half-and-half. It’s not healthful, but it is pure heaven.
