This youthful, hidden-away gem of Sichuan cuisine in Tempe features an abundance of boldly flavored and expertly prepared scarlet sauces, spicy meats, and dishes smacked with the tingling, numbing sensation of Sichuan peppercorns. Start with satisfying dandan noodles, wontons in chili sauce, and garlick-y pork belly then move on to exceptional dishes of Kung Pao Chicken, twice-cooked pork, water-boiled fish, Yu Xiang eggplant, and ma po doufu.
