Rosa’s Mexican Grill
Rosa’s summons visions of a Baja-beach taqueria without the flies. It’s neat as a pin, with fabulous tacos (try the fish). The meats are marinated in fruit juices for 12 hours, then slowly cooked. In any form — burros, chimis or stuffed quesadillas — they’re first-rate.
