Most of these spicy, traditional family recipes were brought over from Germany, but the Schreiners also offer regional favorites from Portugal, Spain, England, Poland and Mexico. Health-conscious consumers can dine on low-fat chicken and turkey links in a variety of flavors, and no matter what you order, only the finest ingredients are used and all meat is hand-boned, ground and stuffed into natural casings and naturally hickory smoked.
