On Tuesday, May 13, around noon, Relentless Beats and founder Thomas Turner announced on Instagram that the Better Together Festival would be returning for its second iteration, November 22-23, this time in a new venue: Steele Indian School Park.
Better Together Festival brings some of the biggest names in dance music to the Valley. Last year’s lineup included acts such as Disclosure, Kaytranada, and Tiësto, as well as deep house and techno artists like Black Coffee and Carl Cox.
In the previous two years, the event was hosted at Rawhide, a spacious event center. This year, it will be held in the grassy fields of Steele Indian School Park, which could provide more flexibility and space while additionally being conveniently located to public transportation.
The announcement garnered a lot of excitement in its comment section, with people speculating how the EDM promoter would aim to top last year’s stacked lineup. Some fans even began to speculate who might be included in this year’s lineup.
The announcement also promised two lucky people VIP passes to the festival in a launch giveaway posted in the caption. The giveaway requires fans to repost the flyer, follow the festival and Relentless Beat’s Instagram accounts, and comment “we go better together” with a swirling pink heart emoji. Many fans participated.
A portion of the ticket sales will support Relentless Beats' various community charity initiatives, including a Thanksgiving food drive and an art showcase.
