​It's big music weekend here in Phoenix. We've already mentioned the JFA/Father Figures/Asses of Evil/Anarchy Taco party at Hollywood Alley; the chilled-out sounds of Washed Out, Tour de Fat, and Foo Fighters, but each weekend we bring five shows that may have slipped through the cracks, shows you probably oughta catch this weekend.

Friday, October 14:

The Soundwave Festival hits Big Surf Waterpark, bringing Kascade, Z Trip, William Reed, and more.

Born Loser and the Hangers On bring their rock 'n' roll to Venue 104.

Saturday, October 15:

Greyhound Soul trucks into the Yucca Tap Room.

Thrones (Joe Preston of Melvins, Earth) will devastate Yellow Canary Dance Hall.

Sunday, October 16:

With a "Rebel Yell," Billy Idol is will rocking Veterans' Memorial Coliseum.
