Maybe you loved your prom and were voted into Prom Court and got lucky that night and had the perfect dress and everything was oh-so-magical and memorable.

Or maybe, like most, things went wrong on prom. Your date ditched you halfway through, you spilled punch on your tux and you ended up going to the school-sponsored after-party, complete with faux casino games and a no-alcohol-allowed policy, instead of hitting up a hotel.

Whether you loved it or hated it, there's a way to take back the famed night, with Groove Candy Prom at PHX Nightclub. The adults-only affair requires formal attire, but there won't be any *NSYNC played or lame teacher chaperons. No, at this affair, DJ M2 will spin classic hip-hop and R&B tracks, and there might even be a slow jam or two included so you can get extra-close to your special someone--or whomever you happen to meet. It all goes down Wednesday, April 21, and this flier is just a preview of how fun it may be.

M2 is actually pictured here in quite the fashionable outfit, along with organizer Karlie Hustle. They look like quite the couple themselves, but the Groove Candy Prom will also feature voting for queen and king throughout the night, so you have a chance yourself to snatch up a tiara.

And, just like prom back in the day, there will be a professional photographer to snap pics of you and your crew, as well as decorations to get you in the mood. The party goes from 10 p.m.-2 a.m., and for more info, check out www.facebook.com/groovecandy.
