There might have been what seemed to be a lack of diversity at the Minus the Bear show last night at Marquee Theatre, but white kids got down and dirty, dancing to the indie stylings of the band who recently extended their current tour for another month. Valley fans got to check out the group before they head to Lollapalooza and the Sasquatch! Music Festival, and judging by the mini-reviews attendees Tweeted once the show was over, the band put on a festival-worthy performance in Tempe.

@MissCChase- At a "Minus the Bear" concert with the bf & people keep looking at me like I don't belong. Maybe because I'm the only blk girl here. Lol

@kristayoufiend- needless to say, minus the bear was friggin' uhmazing.

@Ashaleyann- So much fun! I love my friends! And also minus the bear!

@jeremiahsauce- Minus The Bear and Young The Giant were fucking amazing!

@matt_krueger

@lilmissadrienne- Minus the Bear. Fucking. Amazing.

@brandiiiiiiii- Minus the bear is amazing. Every time. Great mood.

@Allysonbills- I've seen Minus the Bear a gazillion of times and never seen a dance party....until now.

@TNEric- Minus The Bear was a nice way to go back to work after not having a show for a week.
