To folks across the “pond,” Arizona is one vast desert and Maricopa County looks suspiciously like Monument Valley. We suppose we’ll have to forgive these Irish blokes for the silly mistake, since Raising Arizona is probably the closest most of them have come to our state.
The solar energy project in question — which is being back by a firm in Ireland — is actually going to Peoria, not northeastern Arizona.
