Arizona Centennial Cookbook Summer Cooking Demo Series Saturday, June 21
This summer Williams-Sonoma inside the Biltmore Fashion Park will host a series of cooking demonstrations by chefs featured in the 100 Years, 100 Chefs, 100 Recipes cookbook. Kicking off the series this Saturday will be The Phoenician Resort's Executive Sous Chef Lee Hillson, who will be showing guests how to cook Mediterranean Paella. Future participating chefs include Robert McGrath, Chris Newstrom, Aurore de Beaudry, and Josh Hebert who will also feature their dishes from the cookbook. The demonstration starts at 11 a.m. Copies of 100 Years, 100 Chefs, 100 Recipes will be available at the event.
