The Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards are some of the most prestigious awards bars can earn. On Wednesday, the foundation kicked off the 2025 awards process with its announcement of the Regional Top 10 Honorees. Phoenix bars showed up strong.
“The Regional Top 10 Honorees represent the best in the industry, leaving a lasting impact on their local cocktail communities and beyond,” the announcement read.
This year marks the 19th annual Spirited Awards and the regional honoree announcement is the first of many leading up to the awards ceremony held as part of the Tales of the Cocktail’s annual conference in New Orleans.
The Top 10 Nominees will be announced on May 21, followed the the Top Four Finalists on June 9. The winners will be crowned at the Spirited Awards Ceremony on July 24.

The regional honorees were selected by a panel of more than 250 bartenders, bar owners, educators, writers and experts in the world of mixology.
