FoodieLand returned to Phoenix for its second year over the weekend, connecting unique vendors and curious eaters at the Arizona State Fairgrounds.

The festival ran Friday through Sunday, serving up three days of interesting eats. Dishes for sale included flame-torched bone marrow, whole fried squid and the viral sugar-encrusted fruit dessert tanghulu.

Here's a look at all the food-filled fun at FoodieLand's spring festival. The national event will return to Phoenix in the fall with a second 2025 event taking over Phoenix Raceway on Oct. 10 through 12.
