To start, choose from a combination of lobster and white fish, braised wagyu beef sticks or meatball pomodoro followed by a selection of roasted half chicken, spiced duck breast, Icelandic salmon or New York Strip steak. Dessert includes a peppermint brownie, eggnog bundino or gelato. Cocktails and wine pairings are also available with meals. For starters, guests can choose from roasted pumpkin and sweet potato soup, blue crab and shrimp cake or boneless beef short rib. For the main course, the choices include pan-roasted wild sea bass, pomegranate glazed duck with parsnip puree, parmesan and herb risotto, fillet of beef tenderloin or rack of lamb.
