On the heels of opening its second location in uptown Phoenix in April, Fox Restaurant Concepts announced it will build a third location of The Henry in north Phoenix. It's anticipated to open in the summer of 2026.
The restaurant will be built on the site of a former Denny's, located on the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road. The new build will be 7,000 square feet of indoor dining, patio space and, unique to this location, an interior courtyard. The new restaurant will feature a walk-up coffee bar, a private dining room and an outdoor fireplace.
“From early morning coffee runs to late-night cocktails, The Henry has always been about offering a space that feels like home, no matter the hour,” Fox said in a press release.
The Henry became a dining destination when it opened on Camelback Road and 44th Street in 2013. Although the self-proclaimed "greatest neighborhood restaurant" expanded out of state to California, Florida and Tennessee, it didn't open another outpost in Arizona until last month. The second Phoenix spot replaced a former Applebee's in Uptown Plaza on the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Camelback Road.
Like its sibling restaurants, the north Valley location will boast Gatsby-era-inspired interiors, leather banquettes, marble-topped tables and the view of an open kitchen. On the menu, diners will find familiar staples such as The Henry's
quinoa breakfast bowl, hot honey crispy chicken sandwich, and dinner entrees such as its classic roasted chicken and seared ahi tuna.
“We’re excited to bring that same energy to north Scottsdale with a brand-new space that captures the spirit of what makes The Henry special — great food, welcoming design and a strong sense of community,” Fox said.
