Located in the Roosevelt Row arts district in Downtown Phoenix this cavernous warehouse was originally built in in 1937 by Del Webb, but has since been renovated to include an exhibition space, offices and studios, a conference room and more. It's unassuming on the outside but serves as a great example of adaptive reuse in the city's downtown core. Every inch of the 14,000 square foot space has been re-purposed – it now houses two impressive photo cycloramas. Owner Wayne Rainey is a fine-art and commercial photographer who's gathered a collection of talented local artists to act as tenants in the space. Every month the gallery also shows an exhibition by collective members as well as work by local independent artists. On any given month when we stop in during First and Third Friday, we never know what we'll find at this spot. From fashion shows to a local band, there's always cause to check out what they've got planned.
