monOrchid | Central Phoenix | Community Venues | General
Originally a warehouse constructed in 1937 by Del Webb, the monOrchid building is a prominent example of adaptive reuse in the city’s core. Through 10 years of renovation and invention, the building has become a place for collaboration, creativity, and celebration. Today, it houses several local restaurant and retail businesses, including Kähvi Coffee + Cafe, Pedal Haus Brewery, Sake Haus, and Phoenix General boutique. It primarily serves as an event venue that caters to weddings, private parties, corporate functions, city events, and much more.
