Almost six months after its soft opening in July, POOL Together announced it will close its doors on Feb. 5.
The indie co-op was the brain child (and trust fund baby -- at an estimated $3 million) of a California investor, real estate developer and retail consultant, who took over the defunct-Mervyn's on the corner of Main Street and Stapley Drive in Mesa in July.
Twenty nine merchants who currently occupy the indie co-op space (down
from 53 merchants at the marketplace's peak) were given closure notice
on Wednesday, reported the East Valley Tribune, and will have until Feb. 13 to vacate.

Together will be open until Feb. 5, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m.
