Located on Mill Avenue in Tempe, this theater was originally build in 1940 and is Arizona's oldest and longest operating movie theater. In 2011 Harkins Theaters spent $1 million renovating the theater and adding modern touches such as state of the art projection equipment, rocker seats and a new snack bar. They maintained the exterior facade of the building, including the box office, neon sign and marquee.
