Local Students Take Second
Congratulations to Jeremy Stephens and Kolby Gessner , two students who are currently attending The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Phoenix, for taking second place at the 2010 International Big Cooking Contest in Austria. The team competed against 32 teams from Europe and had only 30 minutes to create a main dish out of secret ingredients.  Good job guys!

Butterbeer Cupcakes?

What the heck is Butterbeer? For those of you who are not familiar with the Harry Potter Series, it's the drink of choice amongst the young wizards. It looks like the only way to try it is to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal's Islands of Adventure park. Lucky, Amy from Amybites.com was able to try the parks version of Butterbeer and created this recipe for the rest of us. Butterbeer Cupcakes, read all about them here
