Its gorgeous red-brick structure houses thousands of pop and soul CDs, as well as a separate store offering the valley’s largest selection of classical music. Phoenix is getting baked! Roosevelt Row really arrived when Tammie Coe opened her urban outpost. She’s got a way with fondant (check out the trippy striped cakes) and her bread-baking husband, Michael, has a thing for yeast. A loaf of bread, a cup of coffee, and thou — and, perhaps, throw in one of their oversize, decadent cookies.
