A pair of art shows on Friday, April 25, drew hundreds to Danelle Plaza in Tempe. In the Red Floor Gallery, “Black and Red” fittingly featured black and red works by 80 local artists in a show co-curated by Matt Dickson, Luster Kaboom and Seth Manic Tongue.

A few steps away, artist James B. Hunt, better known as NXOEED, showed 75 small feline-themed pieces in an exhibition titled “Cat Prison” at Rocket Space Gallery.

The exhibitions livened up the plaza on the final Friday of the month. Here’s a look at what went down.

Let’s talk about art.
