Rafi’s Hope makes a lasting impact in 2025

In 2025, that commitment continued through Rafi’s Hope, the company’s community initiative launched in 2022 to invest in children, families, and underserved communities across Arizona.

What defines Rafi’s Hope isn’t just the scale of its efforts, but the people behind them. Across the firm, employees at every level choose to invest their time, energy, and resources into the communities where they live and work. Attorneys, case managers, intake teams, creatives, leadership, and support staff show up together — not because they’re required to, but because it matters to them.

Throughout 2025, Team Rafi contributed more than 1,750 volunteer hours and directed over half a million dollars toward trusted community partners focused on food security, family support, education, and basic needs. Still, the heart of Rafi’s Hope is found in the moments between the numbers: colleagues working side by side, conversations sparked while packing meals, and the shared understanding that a consistent presence creates real impact.

“We talk a lot about investing, not just donating,” says Rich Yado, marketing director at Rafi Law Group. “Investing means showing up, building relationships, and committing for the long term. That mindset really resonates with our team.”

That same mindset shaped the year from start to finish. Volunteers supported food-access initiatives, serving families across the Valley, and participated in hands-on service opportunities that addressed immediate needs while strengthening long-term community partnerships. One of the most meaningful expressions of that commitment came through the firm’s annual Summer of Service, when Team Rafi invested twelve consecutive weeks volunteering with organizations focused on homelessness, education, and family stability.

Rather than one-time appearances, Rafi’s Hope emphasizes consistency. The same people return week after week. Relationships deepen. Trust grows. For many employees, these shared experiences have become a defining part of what it means to work at Rafi Law Group.

That spirit carried through the fall and winter months, as Team Rafi continued to invest its time supporting families facing food insecurity. Whether packing meals alongside volunteers across the country or helping ensure that Arizona families could gather around the table during the holidays, the focus remained the same: showing up when it mattered most.

In 2025, Rafi’s Hope was the manifestation of Rafi Law Group’s investment in people, purpose, and community. The initiative continues to grow through employees who care deeply about where they live, who they serve, and how they support one another.
