Arizonans spent more than $70 million last year on subscription-based adult content website OnlyFans, making state users among the top spenders in the country, according to a study by OnlyFans search engine OnlyGuider.

But the distribution of OnlyFans customers isn’t spread evenly across the state. Five Arizona cities were among the country’s top spenders per capita. One Phoenix suburb funneled more money into OnlyFans than the rest:

Scottsdale.

Last year, residents of the wealthy suburb spent nearly $4 million to watch OnlyFans creators’ explicit content. Scottsdale users spent $153,745 on OnlyFans per 10,000 city residents, or just more than $15 per resident. That was the 36th-highest per capita spending of any American city, and nearly double the national average.

Scottsdale has nearly 250,000 residents. It’s also one of the wealthiest Phoenix suburbs and Arizona cities, with the median household income hovering around $105,000 a year, according to the U.S. Census. That means plenty of money for, uh, discretionary spending.

Other cities with similar OnlyFans spending include Honolulu, Tacoma, Washington, and Fargo, North Dakota. But there are other cities that spend way more. Atlanta and Orlando lead the rankings, spending $525,457 and $466,430 per 10,000 residents, respectively.

OnlyGuider found the top concentrations of OnlyFans spending through a “proprietary financial model” that “triangulates search intent, traffic quality, and audited revenue.” The company harvested more than two years of “OnlyFans” search data and revenue data from the company’s house filings before applying its “unique Revenue Per Search” model to state and city-specific searches. That data found that U.S. residents spent almost $2.63 billion on OnlyFans last year.

While Scottsdale may be Arizona’s horniest city, it isn’t the only one on OnlyGuider’s list. Here is how the other Arizona cities rank.

Arizona’s capital and largest city spends the most on OnlyFans than any other Arizona city. But considering it’s the country’s fifth-largest city by population — and is nearly seven times larger than Scottsdale in that regard — its per capita spending is actually lower.

Given Mesa’s religious reputation and high concentration of families, it may be surprising to find Arizona’s third-largest city on this list. Still, residents of this generally well-off suburb must get their energy out somehow.

120. Chandler

2025 OnlyFans spending: $2,062,866
Per 10,000 residents: $80,215

What’s going on in the East Valley? Chandler is the third East Valley suburb on the list. Per capita, Chandler spends a similar amount on OnlyFans as Toledo, Ohio, and Allentown, Pennsylvania.
