On Friday, Feb. 13, metro Phoenix tattoo shops will offer flash tattoos starting at $13 and up, along with select piercing specials throughout the day. Here’s where to find the best Friday the 13th tattoo deals in Phoenix.

Electric Cactus Tattoo

Electric Cactus Tattoo in Mesa is offering Friday the 13th flash specials starting at $31 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hundreds of designs will be available, including Valentine’s Day-inspired and traditional artwork. Doors open at 11 a.m., signups end at 6:30 p.m. and the shop closes at midnight. Similar deals will continue Saturday, Feb. 14.
