Blockbuster musical “The Book of Mormon” comes to the Valley this week, and tickets, which are mostly sold out anyway, are expensive. Like $200 for a nosebleed seat expensive.

But just like the angel Moroni directing Joseph Smith to the golden plates, another miracle has occurred: ASU Gammage and the producers of the national “Book of Mormon” tour are offering a $25 ticket lottery for the run of the show.

Here’s how it works:

Get to the box office two and a half hours before the show. Fill out an entry card and note whether you want one or two tickets. Two hours before curtain, names will be drawn at random for a limited number of $25 tickets. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and present a valid photo ID to purchase tickets. Limit one entry per person and two tickets per winner. Tickets are subject to availability.

The show follows a mismatched pair of young male Mormon missionaries as they arrive in their assigned mission field of Uganda, where they find a murderous warlord and an unreceptive group of villagers.
