What’d you eat for dinner last night? PF Chang’s. They have a dinner menu for two. It was our 9-year wedding anniversary, so we thought we’d treat ourselves…the food was really mediocre, but we had fun!

Favorite food: Ahhh, this is too hard, but I love Mexican food, beans, rice and seafood. I’m a pescatarian, so I’m all about seafood! But I have a weakness for all things potato..fries, mashed, au gratin, I love spuds!

Least favorite food: Wow, I don’t even know if I have a least favorite. Well, I guess meat, since I don’t eat it. I’m not a fan of things too spicy as well. I’m from New Zealand, so my natural palate is rather…bland, ha ha.

Favorite dessert: Chocolate brownies and lemon meringue pie, it would have to be a tie of those!

Favorite local restaurant and meal to order there: I’ve been going there for years and never had a bad meal, T.C. Eggington’s in Mesa is awesome. Despite the slightly disturbing Stepford Wives-like appearance of all the servers, the food is amazing. The Cottage Reef and the Crab Stuffed Pastry are staples that I’ve been ordering for years, and they never disappoint.

Favorite local bar and cocktail to order there: I love the Prickly Pear Margarita from La Bocca on Mill Avenue, it’s divine!

Favorite thing to cook at home: Fish tacos.
