The actor, model, owner of Crowning Concepts Pageant Consulting, CW6 spokesperson, Miss Arizona USA 2006 and Chaos Comedy improviser has a musical improv show this Saturday, March 13 at Arizona Virtual Studios (4614 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix).
What’d you eat for dinner last night? Steamed chicken with brown rice.
Favorite food: La Grande Orange margherita pizza.
Least favorite food: All seafood.
Favorite dessert: Oregano’s chocolate chip pizza cookie.
Favorite local restaurant and meal to order there: I love going to Z’Tejas and eating cornbread and the Tejas Trio. And, if I’m really hungry, I’ll get a bowl of the tortilla soup, too.
Favorite cocktail: Pinot grigio.
Favorite thing to cook at home: Southwestern mac ‘n cheese with chicken.
Favorite memory involving food: Every Thanksgiving and Christmas meal I can remember, my grandmother brings her famous “Grandma Rolls,” and my dad will toss one to everyone at the table. It’s a fun way to start the meal!
Recipe or food tip to share: I take time before each meal to pray and give thanks to the Lord for His many blessings. Sometimes I have to slow down and remember that everything I have is because of Him.
