Caesars Republic Scottsdale

Reality TV star and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump has brought one of her California-bred restaurants to the desert. Wolf by Vanderpump is now open at Caesars Republic Scottsdale.
The cheeky Brit is best known for her turns on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Vanderpump Rules” and Fox’s “Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars.” She and husband Ken Todd are behind six restaurants and bars in California and Las Vegas.
Wolf replaces Seven at Caesars. Vanderpump opened the original Wolf at a sibling Caesars Republic property in Lake Tahoe in 2024.
“This location will feel different to the Tahoe location, drawing inspiration from the desert and surrounding areas, which will be infused into the design, the food and the cocktails,” Vanderpump said in a press release announcing the restaurant in June.
The Vanderpump restaurant joins the Giada De Laurentiis-backed Luna and Pronto by Giada inside the Scottsdale hotel.
Wolf’s food menu includes “reimagined favorites” from Lake Tahoe’s eclectic, globally inspired menu, as well as “unique, decadent shareable bites,” according to the release.
“Vanderpump Rules” fans take note: the Scottsdale Wolf menu includes the “famous” fried goat cheese balls and Vanderpump Vodka Pumptini.
Other bites include hand-cut chips and crudite served with charred elote dip and pink beet hummus; Ocean Carpaccio made with ahi tuna, halibut and hamachi; Ken’s Haddock ‘N Chips; and a 14-ounce Duroc pork tomahawk served with chimichurri, heirloom vegetables and smashed-and-buttered crispy fingerling potatoes.
Customers can wet their whistle with tipples including the Snowbird coconut mojito, a blood orange old fashioned or the Pump & Bump, a vodka martini served with a hit of caviar.
Wolf’s Tahoe debut was depicted in Season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules.” The show entered the broader cultural zeitgeist in 2023 after a cheating scandal, nicknamed “Scandoval,” became international news.
The only drama that Caesars and Vanderpump are promising is from the restaurant’s interiors. Vanderpump and designer Nick Alain have revamped the 6,500-square-foot space on the hotel’s seventh floor.
Vanderpump’s restaurants are known for their bespoke, romantic looks. At Wolf in Scottsdale, that means over-the-top antler chandeliers, large animal statues and olive trees planted around the room, a dramatic central bar with button-tufted details and views of Camelback Mountain.
“Wolf is unique, bold, filled with epic visual statements,” Vanderpump said. “It will be the perfect addition to the stunning Caesars Republic Arizona hotel.”
