Hopsology Taproom and Wine Bar

On its face, Hopsology Taproom & Wine Bar is a traditional taproom. It has an exceptionally well-curated taplist that exclusively features Arizona brewers. That taplist changes up regularly, and you’ll find pours from Valley brewers like Roses by the Stairs and Kitsune Brewing Co., along with beers from farther flung places, such as The Brewery at Tirrito Farm in Willcox or Tucson’s Barrio Brewing Co. What patrons may not initially realize is that Hopsology is also home to one of the Valley’s few homebrew shops. Here, you can pick up your brewing ingredients or get some advice from the knowledgeable team. It’s best to do that over a pint or a glass of wine. With snacks and a rotation of food trucks, it will be hard to pull yourself away to get back to the task of making your own brew.
