What's "modern" about Modern Steak? Well, it's hardly about steak at all, and the posh, airy atmosphere is nothing close to a steakhouse cliché. Besides the prime and all-natural cuts of beef, the menu steers clear of traditional meat and potatoes. Instead, you'll find everything from a footlong Kobe beef hot dog to warm Maine lobster salad. Playful desserts like the platter of mini-cupcakes will put a smile on your face.
