The Good Egg

What do you call scrambled eggs, corn tortilla strips, chorizo, green chilies, onion, black beans, melted cheese, sour cream and scallions, all mixed up together and served with salsa and wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla? The Good Egg calls it a Sun Devil Scramble, but we call it a great way to start the day. It’s our favorite breakfast dish at this popular Scottsdale diner. For lunch, try the Vegganini Panini, grilled and pressed sourdough stuffed with mozzarella, saut
