Rap superstar Nelly is celebrating the 25th anniversary of his blockbuster album "Country Grammar" with a world tour.

The Where The Party At tour will stop at Phoenix's Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on Aug. 28. Supporting acts are Ja Rule, Eve, Chingy and Jermaine Dupri.

The tour marks Nelly's return to a headlining tour after being the supporting act for Janet Jackson earlier this year, including a July 30 show at Footprint Center.
