Horror film fanatics flocked to the We-Ko-Pa Resort in Scottsdale from Friday, June 28, to Sunday, June 30, for Mad Monster Party Arizona 2019. And many of them were adorned with tattoos inspired by scary movies and TV shows, slasher icons, or other frightening subject matter. (A few even got tattoos of such things at the event itself.)
