These east valley tattoo artists had a blast talking to passerbys.
Body modifications took over the Arizona Biltmore as the Hell City Tattoo Festival enjoyed its 13th year. The event featured dozens of local artists, as well as big names like Jasmine Rodriguez from Tattoo Nightmares, and Big Gus. We captured some of the best tattoos of the event in addition to cameos from Suicide Girls and a four round boxing match from the Arizona Derby Dames. All photos by Melissa Fossum.
