Reality TV star and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump will bring one of her California-bred restaurants to the desert. Wolf by Vanderpump will open at Caesars Republic Scottsdale this winter.

The cheeky Brit is best known for her turns on Bravo's “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Vanderpump Rules” and Fox's "Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars." She and husband Ken Todd are behind six restaurants and bars in California and Las Vegas.

Wolf will replace Seven at Caesars. The rooftop restaurant will close its doors on July 6 and construction on Wolf will begin the following day. Vanderpump opened the original Wolf at a sibling Caesars Republic property in Lake Tahoe in 2024.

“This location will feel different to the Tahoe location, drawing inspiration from the desert and surrounding areas, which will be infused into the design, the food and the cocktails,” Vanderpump said in a press release announcing the restaurant.

The Vanderpump restaurant will join the Giada De Laurentiis-backed Luna and Pronto by Giada inside the Scottsdale hotel.

Wolf’s food menu will include “reimagined favorites” from Lake Tahoe's eclectic, globally inspired menu, as well as “unique, decadent shareable bites,” according to the release. The bar menu will feature an “extensive and imaginative” cocktail menu with local ingredients, “elaborate garnishes and visual storytelling that transforms every drink into a conversation piece,” the release said.

"Vanderpump Rules" fans may note that Wolf’s Tahoe menu includes bites and sips they’ll recognize from TV, such as goat cheese balls and the Pumptini. The menu for the Scottsdale location has not yet been published.

Wolf’s Tahoe debut was depicted in Season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules.” The show entered the broader cultural zeitgeist in 2023 after a cheating scandal, nicknamed “Scandoval,” became international news.

The only drama that Caesars and Vanderpump are promising will be from the restaurant’s interiors. Vanderpump and designer Nick Alain will revamp the 6,500-square-foot space on the hotel’s seventh floor into a “lush and unique environment,” the release said. Vanderpump’s restaurants are known for their bespoke, romantic looks. At Wolf in Scottsdale, that will include a “dramatic” central bar and views of Camelback Mountain.

"Wolf is unique, bold, filled with epic visual statements,” Vanderpump said. “It will be the perfect addition to the stunning Caesars Republic Arizona hotel.”
