The restaurants will replace the former Cock N’ Tails in uptown Phoenix, located on Seventh Street just north of Bethany Home Road, and Starlite BBQ off of Indian School and Miller roads in Scottsdale.
"I'm really grateful for everything and we're excited," Piazza says of his restaurant's growth.

James Piazza started Bad Jimmy's as a pop-up which evolved into a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Now, two more restaurants are on the way.

With the new locations, the Bad Jimmy’s menu will expand. Piazza credits sous chef Christian Rodriguez and pitmaster Nick Delozier for making the additions possible.
“Once all three are open, we’ll implement a program where we probably have wings at all the restaurants on the menu at all times and more barbecue specials as well," Piazza says.
The downtown location of Bad Jimmy's also boasts a lively bar that, once the sun goes down, takes on a moody red hue thanks to the restaurant’s neon red sign. At the forthcoming locations, guests can expect energetic bars to be a feature, too.
Right now, Piazza and his team are working to put their stamp on both spots with a "neon, subway tile, stainless vibe."

The Scottsdale location is anticipated to open in early March, Piazza says, with the uptown location opening later this year.
