Owner Ryan Moreno, who also runs SnapBack Pizzeria on Grand Avenue near downtown Phoenix, brought his wood-fired pies and sharable plates to University Drive. At SnapBack, the menu focuses on New York-style pizza, but customers frequently requested Neapolitan pies, he told Phoenix New Times in April. &Juliet was an opportunity to “give the people what they want," he said.
But after about five months, the pop-up has come to a close. Moreno posted an announcement to social media on Thursday.
"Just like with anything you love it comes to an end," the post says. "And Juliet has finished its time in Tempe."

"From every single person on that team that has become family to us we will always rep, support and boast about Arizona distillery," the statement says, also thanking the Tempe spot for the opportunity to partner and get &Juliet off the ground.
The distillery team bounced the love right back, with a comment on the post.
"We love you man! Thank you for all that you've done!" the comment reads.
The concept may not be totally finished, however. The statement shared that while the pop-up will be "put on the back burner," Moreno is looking for a new home for the pizzeria.
Fans can still find Moreno's New York-style pies and slices available from the pizza window at SnapBack.
