These gals met in a graphic design class a month ago.

This year's Phoenix Pride was the first year attendees were able to celebrate marriage equality. We talked to couples about how they met and heard a variety of stories. Some couples have been dating for decades, while others hit it off in school a couple months ago. The stories are as beautiful and diverse as the people who tell them — and yes, a lot of people met online. All photos by Melissa Fossum.
