These two competitors were all smiles after their race against each other.

When most people think of drones they think of annoying helicopter-like bugs flying high in the sky invading people's privacy. We've all seen these by now but many of us didn't know that drone racing was a thing. We made our way to The Watershed in Tempe on Sunday, Aug. 11, to learn more about this quickly growing scene. The drone enthusiasts we met raced through an obstacle course and had a blast doing it.
