Whenever Mardi Gras rolls around in Tempe, a few things are certain: there are going to be a lot of celebrations, usually involving beads, exotic-looking masks, and plenty of libations. Such was the case on Tuesday, February 17, as many of the bars along Mill Avenue offered fetes devoted to Mardi Gras, including Zuma Grill, El Hefe, and (natch) Fat Tuesday.
