Kitchen 56 is upper class but also extremely casual. The crowd consists of families and older couples and yet the bar has an easygoing, cool vibe. Thursdays feature Natalie Merrill and her acoustic renditions of everyone from The Beatles to Kid Rock. Needless to say, Thursdays at Kitchen 56 can be a little confusing. PHOTOS BY RYAN WOLF.
