Phoenix Razing: 10 Architectural "Wonders" That Need to Go Away

Local building huggers can't save the Circles Records store or the original Macayo’s restaurant, both on Central Avenue and both courting demolition. But we might comfort ourselves by thinking about the many commercial structures that could do with a little tear-down. For every Westward Ho and Kenilworth School, there are three badly renovated former Taco Bells still standing. Can’t we demolish those instead, please?
