The Valley's newest indie pro wrestling promotion, PHX Wrestling, made its debut on Friday, August 19, during its inaugural event, "RISE," at the Arizona Event Center in Mesa. Eight matches took place during the evening, including a wild contest featuring five different wrestlers in the ring at once, and a main event battle between Alexander Hammerstone and Ricky Starks for a berth in the upcoming King of the PHX Tournament.
