If you're the creative type that gets inspired by a tall glass of cold, carbonated beer, then Four Peaks has quite the opportunity for you to show off your skills. The local brewery has put out the call for local artists to submit designs for their next order of coasters -- meaning, should you win the contest, every Sun Bru-sipper and Kilt Lifter-chugger in the Valley will put their eye balls on your work.
Here's how to enter.

You can pick up a form at any of the three Four Peaks locations (Tempe on 8th Street, Tempe taproom or Scottsdale) or you can download a template. Once you've completed the design, either bring the form back into a Four Peaks location or submit it as a JPG or PDF to [email protected]. Include "Four Peaks Coaster Contest" in the subject line -- and don't forget to provide your name and other contact information.
The rules for the contest are pretty simple, too.
Mainly just that the design has to include the company name, "Four Peaks Brewing Company," in some way. The design will be digitally printed so there are no color constraints, but the design should be 300 dpi if created in Photoshop or a similar software.
Coaster art designs must be submitted by midnight on Monday, July 8, and the top five designs will be selected by Four Peaks. On Tuesday, July 9, the public will be able to begin voting for the grand prize winner; voting will run though Friday, July 12.
In addition to getting his or her art on a coaster, the winner will receive a gift card to Four Peaks. The runner up will get a gift card as well.
