Kincaid’s Classic American Dining

Located on the second tier of the Collier Center, Kincaid’s offers upscale food for on-the-go diners. Grilled chipotle tiger prawns, draped with barbecue hollandaise sauce, are a delicacy; also amazing is the Jumbo Alaskan Sea Scallops, drizzled with Cabernet Sauvignon and beurre blanc sauces. Another favorite is the house-smoked top sirloin rubbed with juniper seasoning, and halibut cheeks smothered in brown butter sauce and paired with crispy sugar snap peas that are worth the visit all by themselves.
